Nicole Ritchie skinny admission

Nicole Ritchie has admitted she is too skinny.

The 'Simple Life' star, who has been at the centre of speculation she has an eating disorder in recent months, says she has lost a lot of weight recentlybecause she has started a new strenuous work out.

She is quoted in Britain's Star magazine as saying: "Am I thin? Yes, no doubt about it. I'll squeeze in a workout when I have time, but I don't doany cardio. I don't need to, I'm thin."

The star, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Ritchie, recently slammedrumours she is suffering from an eating disorder.

She said: "It's very interesting to see where magazines get their information. My family gets really upset to see these people writing liesabout their child. Do they ask me about it? No, because they know I eat."

The party girl, who famously fell out with equally skinny friend ParisHilton last year, blames her tiny frame on a hectic work schedule.

She said: "I have days when I'm up at 4.30am and still filming at 11pm. Ijust eat whatever I feel like - sandwiches or something."
