Oprah Winfrey's staff holiday

Oprah Winfrey left staff on her show stunned last week after giving them all-expenses-paid vacations to Hawaii - as a bonus.

The US talk show host presented delighted staff with the generous rewards at her end-of-series wrap party last Thursday (19.05.05) to thank them for all their hard work.

The luxurious trips include fully paid chartered flights and five-star hotel accommodation and lucky staff can even take their spouses or partners and children.

A representative for the star revealed the reason behind the great trips, saying: "It's to celebrate our 20th anniversary."

Oprah is famed for her generosity towards her employees.

Meanwhile, Tom Cruise has confessed to Oprah that he wants to marry newgirlfriend Katie Holmes - just four weeks after meeting her.

Cruise, who is divorced from Australian actress Nicole Kidman, made theshock confession, during an interview with her, after Oprah told him that Katie once told a US magazine that her dream was to marry the 'Top Gun' star.

He said: "Well I don't want to disappoint her. I'm going to discuss it with her.

Honestly, I haven't had this kind of experience before.
