Britney Spears has confessed she has "let herself go" since marrying husband Kevin Federline.

The singer, who is four months pregnant, admits she put on weight and lost some of her famous sex appeal after tying the knot.

She said: "After I got married I let myself go a little bit. I was lounging around, eating and laying out. I didn't have a care in the world. I love junk food and occasionally will still splurge."

Britney - who recently said she loved being pregnant because she can eat to her heart's content - also admitted her first marriage to Jason Alexander was a cry for help.

The 'Toxic' singer wed her childhood sweetheart in January 2004 in Las Vegas but the marriage was annulled after just 55 hours.

Britney now admits it was only an attempt to get her parents' attention.

She explained in an interview with Scotland's Daily Record newspaper: "I think it was a desperate cry to my family. I had felt lost for so long. I was working so hard I didn't know what was going on.

"I needed my mom and dad. Your daughter getting married is one of the Ozzy Osbourne's daughter Aimee has been given the all-clear after a breast cancer scare.

The 21-year-old underwent emergency surgery last month to have a lump removed from her breast before undergoing further treatment in a Los Angeles clinic following "minor complications".

The wannabe singer had pulled out of West End show 'The Vagina Monologues', she was starring in with her mother Sharon, saying only that she had fallen ill.

Aimee immediately flew back home to Los Angeles for treatment.

The reality TV family - who have been hit with a catalogue of disasters over the past year - have now confirmed she has recovered.

Aimee's sister Kelly revealed yesterday (12.05.05): "Aimee's got the all-clear, thank God."

The family's problems started in December 2003 when Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy brushed with death after a near fatal accident on a quad bike.

The last 12 months has also seen children Kelly, 20, and Jack, 19, battle addictions to painkillers while Sharon has only recently recovered from colon cancer.

Meanwhile, Aimee, who has always shunned publicity by refusing to appear in fly-on-the-wall documentary 'The Osbournes', recently announced she was planning a music career.

She said at the time: "My life is great, I'm happy, I'm about to embark on a new chapter."
