Kelly Osbourne's drinking minder

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have hired a personal minder for daughter Kelly - to stop her drinking.

The worried couple, who shot to fame on MTV show 'The Osbournes', have secured the services of an 'alcohol counsellor' who will travel with Kelly to concerts and events and stop her from getting drunk.

A source close to the family said: "She's got the counsellor so she stays right off the drink."

The 20-year-old star, whose wild rocker father has battled alcohol and drug addiction for years, became addicted to painkillers and alcohol last year - before mum Sharon spotted the signs and sent her to rehab'.

Last month Kelly, who is currently starring in teen drama 'Life As We Know It', revealed how she hid her drug addiction from Sharon - despite the fact she was regularly throwing up blood.

She said at the time: ""I didn't like cocaine or speed so opiates became my drug of choice. The last four months before I went into rehab I was throwing up blood and trying to hide it because I didn't want my mum to know. I'd wake up covered in blood."
