Streisand stops singing

Barbra Streisand has revealed she never wants to sing live ever again.

The multi-talented star, who is currently starring in 'Meet the Fockers' opposite Dustin Hoffman, admits she has no desire to go on tour despite receiving numerous lucrative offers.

She said: "It takes too much energy, singing 30 songs a night."

The 62-year-old actress-turned-singer also revealed she has no aspirations to continue acting because she spends most of her time playing the stock market.

She added in an interview with Britain's Night and Day magazine: "I play the stock market in the morning, at 6.30am. I'm tired by 8.30am, I'm finished. Then I go to sleep for a while. I don't have much time for work."
