"I'm curious about my ex's new relationship"
Hi! I am an 18 year old student in high school. The problem is I had a boyfriend of 4 months and I thought we were going to take the relationship to the next level, until he broke up with me. Of course, we still remained good friends but now he has this new friend (a girl) who walks with him in the school more often. Every time I walk by the main office of the school, she is in the hallway waiting for him. Now, I don't know if they are friends but I am curious about this "new" relationship because she just popped out of nowhere with him. What should I do?

It’s great to be curious – mysteries and surprises make life fun! But in this case, curb your curiosity ASAP. Leave your inquiries at the door!
We’ve all been there. You think you want to know. You think you’re dying to know! But then you find out, and you’re devastated. And broken-hearted. And you can’t stop crying. And the “woe is me” begins. And the pain infiltrates. And your friends hear about your ex and his new girlfriend for days and weeks and months. I’m telling you from experience, this is how it goes.
And I understand in your circumstance you may not have much of a choice, after all you see your ex and this unknown girl on a daily basis. But trust me, you don’t need or want to know any of the details. It’s true what they say, ignorance is bliss. As hard as this seems, understand this and accept this. And by all means, do not go searching for any more information!
