"My wife and I aren't having enough sex"

Dear Trevor,

Talk to your wife, that’s my advice. There could be a number of reasons why you’re not having as much sex as you used to, but without openly discussing this with your partner, you’ll never figure out why, and your sex life will only continue to go downhill.

I’m convinced that women and men really are from different planets. While often times the male species relies on physical intimacy to feel close to their significant others, the female species depends on emotional understanding and communication. And sometimes when women feel disconnected from their men on these levels, they have a hard time having sex or being intimate in general with them. So sincerely communicate and talk to her on the emotional level she desires, and consequently her sex drive may very well increase, thus satisfying the physical closeness you desire.

Lastly, spice things up a bit! Couples who have been together for a while tend to fall into a monotonous sexual rut making having sex unexciting and routine. Use your imagination! Ask her what her wildest fantasies are…then fulfill them! Surprise her with sexy lingerie that compliments all her best features. Make up some new moves, and then perfect them with her! There are so many ways to bring excitement and fun back into your sex-life and it sounds like that is just what you and your wife need.

So add a little open communication with a twist of sex -life pizzazz and improvement should be just around the corner.
